Terms and Conditions – The Easy Delivery

By using services provided by The Easy Delivery, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all domestic and international shipments processed through our platform and are legally binding.


1. Domestic and International Shipping

By sending a shipment through The Easy Delivery, you agree that all domestic and international carriage is subject to these Terms, including applicable limitations of liability. These conditions form part of your service agreement.


2. Receiving Service

We accept parcels in good faith at your assigned address.

  • You will be notified once your package is received
  • Duties, taxes, and shipping costs will be calculated and shared with you
  • Shipping or storage will proceed only upon your instructions

Important:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels are not accepted
  • Only the registered customer may authorize payments and release shipments
  • Shipments must be delivered and paid for within the same country of registration

3. Loss or Damage

We are not liable for any loss or damage occurring during transit from the seller to our facility. Damaged or incomplete packages may be refused and returned to the sender.


4. Package Inspection

We reserve the right to inspect any parcel for security, compliance, and accuracy.

  • Incorrect product details may require verification or correction
  • We may refuse shipment if necessary
  • We are not responsible for hidden or internal damage

5. Mail Policy

We only handle packages containing goods.

  • We are not a mail forwarding service
  • Documents or non-commercial mail are not accepted and may be disposed of
  • Our address must only be used for shipping purchased goods

6. Unidentified or Delayed Packages

Packages with missing or incorrect details may experience delays.

  • Customers must contact support for clarification
  • Additional handling fees may apply

Unclaimed packages after 90 days may be disposed of according to legal requirements.


7. Shipping Process

Once full payment is received (including shipping, duties, taxes, and storage), we will arrange delivery.

  • We may consolidate, split, or repackage items for compliance or efficiency
  • Customers agree to necessary packaging adjustments

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customs charges may be pre-calculated or charged by local authorities
  • Customers are responsible for all import/export fees
  • You act as our agent for customs clearance purposes

9. Content Responsibility

You must provide accurate product descriptions and declared values.

  • Incorrect declarations may result in delays, fines, or extra charges
  • Customs inspections may occur at any time
  • No refunds or adjustments are guaranteed for customs differences

10. Shipping Costs

All shipping estimates are approximate.

  • Final charges are confirmed upon package receipt
  • Customers are responsible for all actual costs

11. Volumetric Weight

Shipping costs may be based on volumetric (dimensional) weight for large or lightweight items:

Height × Width × Length (in inches) ÷ applicable divisor


12. Additional Fees

Final costs may include:

  • Customs clearance fees
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Government taxes
  • Handling and storage charges
